How to use and take care of your computer ?

When people work on the computer, they feel fatigued and uncomfortable . Posture, lighting , furniture and other work conditions and habits may affect the way you feel and how well you work . You may be able to monimize fatigue and discomfort by adjusting your work  enviroment .


Posture 

Posture is a main factor which promotes good health and safety of your work enviroment . Depending on your tasks , you may find, different postures , which are comfortable for you . The following are the three basic way in which you work : 

1. Reclined

2. Upright

3. Standing

Reclined posture is most comfortable for computer tasks and a upright posture is comfortable when you require frequent reference to papers or books .

Body parts like feet, knees , legs back,elbow , hands, eyes, etc should be placed in proper manner during the work.


Feet , Knees And Legs 

You should use an adjustable work surface and chair . The surface and chair should allow your feer to rest firmly on the floor .

Back 

You should use a chair which gives full support to your body . You should distribute your weight evenly and use the entire seat and back -rest to support your body .
