Low Calorie Raspberry and Strawberry Shake with Chia

A delicious blend of flavors from the raspberries, strawberries, almond milk, and chia seeds.It contains fiber and other important nutrients which can support weight management.

Ingredients


½ cup raspberries, frozen
½ cup strawberries, frozen
2/3 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds

 Method

Place raspberries, strawberries, almond milk, and chia seeds in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until combined well.

Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with a few berries, if desired.
